Fairy Folk: Those mouse eyes

Somewhere in the dark those mouse eyes were looking. Knowing eyes that told no tales and yet knew so much, for much they have seen. In the dark those eyes were unseen and yet they saw beyond the present and they thought beyond the hour… and who would have thought that all this was happening in a kitchen corner.
